The UK is leaving the EU. So what now?

 

Will I have to pay more for my orders?

 

No. Our aim is that Brexit will have zero impact to our customers in terms of costs. That’s why we are setting a new branch in the EU, so that there are no nasty hidden import costs.

 

Where is the new branch?

 

We’re setting up our new distribution centre in Germany. We have established a large stock of our products and, thanks to our central European location, EU customers will be able to get your goods delivered even faster than ever!

 

Why two websites?

 

Quite simply, to make life as easy as possible for our EU customers. Our new EU website is linked to our German warehouse and our Euro currency accounting. This way stock figures will be up to date with current availability and we can easily apply the relevant tax and shipping options.

 

What about my Nine Circles account? Will I have to make a new one?

 

No, we’ll be migrating your account to our EU website. You will receive a message when it is done to reset your website password. We aren’t able to to migrate account order histories, but we still have that information and we can send any part of it for you by request.
