Lovingly crafted from high class fabric with classic Japanese motif's, these wooden weapons bags form part of our limited run of Moyo Bukuro.

 

Features include:

 

Traditional Asanoha pattern – this classic geometric design has been in use since the Heian period. It depicts the hemp plant which grows quickly and strongly and which symbolises vigour, resilience and prosperity.

 

Fold over-tie top fastening – this traditional fastening method offers an intrinsic flexibility to adjust to the length and diameter of the weapon you need to transport. Suitable for a single sword with Tsuba in place.

 

Side access – designed to prevent your sword from slipping out easily, the side split is wide enough to allow use with swords up to 2.65 Shaku in length.

 

Lined interior – adding strength and a smooth final finish to the bag interior, the lining fabric doubles the body of material keeping your sword safe from scratches and bumps.
