Heavy Bokken for solo Suburi (swinging) practice.

A useful tool to develop the muscles and tendons in the arms and shoulders, Suburito are used in practices both ancient and modern.

Full length Suburi Bokken replicate the weight distribution of a real sword, which facilitates the development of correct Tennouchi, and the weapon length ensures that Suburi practices respect the correct angles and lines of the cuts more effectively than compact Suburi solutions.
