This all new and improved Miyabi® summer weave Aikidogi Jacket is the perfect option for hot weather training.

 

With a focus on comfort, speed of drying and ease of care, the patented man made Hi-Cool® fabric wicks away perspiration, allows fresh air in and moisture out, for optimal cooling during practice.

Specialist Fabric - Hi-Cool® summer weave polyester. Beautifully soft and flexible, fast drying and with a degree of stretch designed to maximise comfort.

 

New Improved Design - Using a combination of slightly elastic thread, specialist stitching techniques and completely restructured lapel design, we have updated older models and hit the perfect balance between performance, lightness and long term durability.

 

Traditional Cut - An additional seam at the waist gives this uniform the classical look of a traditional Sashiko Ori Aikidogi.

 

Tailored Aikido Sleeves - The traditionally tailored sleeves are the perfect length to subtly expose the wrists for grabbing attacks and are just the right aperture for comfort and style, whilst reducing the risk of accidental snagging.

 

Easy Care - With zero shrinkage and super fast drying time this Gi is perfect for high frequency practice.

I am 186 cm and about 85 kg (slim - normal weight) and have the same problem. Bought Size 4, but it is too big. Anyway, buy it again smaller because of the breathing ability. No-stretch fabric wought be better for nature, though.

Absolute awesome top. Sizing was spot on using the chart. It's unbelievable light and in the heatwave were having was a god send. I would definitely recommend this top.

The best Gi I own? Possibly. Perfect for the warm weather. The fabric feels like it is "breathing" when practicing. So lightweight but seems durable too. Exactly what I was looking for in a summer Gi

Bought the 175 cm size - technically an excellent product, very happy with it for use in hot summer weather. It really does keep you cooler. I've only marked it down one star because the size seems a bit big - maybe the sizes are overrated and a 170 would have been better. But technically - excellent.
